What this place offers

Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

Sunny Poʻipū / Kōloa coast — scenic southshore neighborhood known for Poʻipū Beach Park, snorkeling coves, coastal walking trails, golf courses (Kiahuna/Poʻipū), and a compact cluster of restaurants and shops at Poʻipū Shopping Village. The vibe is resort-oriented, family-friendly and walkable for short trips; quieter residential streets back from the main tourist strip.

Find us

Best option: rental car (most guests rent a car at Lihue Airport). Roads are paved and straightforward; short local drives to beaches, grocery stores and dining. There is limited public transit: Kauaʻi County bus runs Kōloa/Poʻipū shuttle routes with scheduled stops on main roads but service is infrequent for sightseeing. Taxis, airport shuttles, and private transfers are available; inter-island or long-distance travel requires flights. Walking and biking are practical for nearby amenities and beaches but not for island-wide travel.
