What this place offers

Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

Lower Keys/Key West outskirts along the Overseas Highway — a transitional corridor with small businesses, motels, and residential properties. Close enough to Key West attractions (Old Town, Duval Street, Mallory Square) for day/evening visits (10–20 minutes to central Key West depending on traffic). Nearby points of interest include beaches and boat ramps on nearby keys, seafood restaurants, and the Naval Air Station/Stock Island area.

Primary access is by car via the Overseas Highway (US‑1). Rideshare and local taxis operate in Key West but can have surge pricing and limited availability late at night. Airport shuttles and private transfers are common for arrivals. Public bus service (Key West Transit/Monroe County shuttles) exists but routes are limited; the area is not highly walkable for visiting downtown unless staying in Old Town. Bicycles are a popular way to get around central Key West but are less useful for trips along US‑1.
