By car: Most guests use rental cars or private transfers; drive times to central Cabo San Lucas are typically 10–20 minutes depending on exact location and traffic. Parking is widely available at private homes and along some local streets. Public transport: Ruta del Desierto (shared airport-to-Cabo bus) and local autobús/colectivos run along the Transpeninsular highway with inexpensive fares but limited schedules to individual properties; stops are usually at the highway, requiring a short walk or a taxi from the stop. Taxis & ride apps: Metered taxis, negotiated-rate taxis and ride-hail/transfer services operate in the region—private prebooked airport transfers are common and recommended for groups. Biking & walking: Short walks are possible for nearby services, but longer trips (Marina, beaches) are better by car or short taxi ride. Boats: For water access to El Arco and sea-activity departures, the Marina and beach boat operators in central Cabo are the usual boarding points (short taxi ride).
